The condition of contract CRC
"Controlled Integrated Farming" was set up as soon
as 1989 by the cooperative CAPS (Agricultural Cooperative of the Producers
from Sénonais). It is to be noted that the specifications of
CAPS go farther than integrated farming in the direction of the network
FARRE, in particular for quality objectives of productions.
Its objective is to produce healthier crops that respect the environment:
« it is the equivalence of two problems – quality produce
and environment – which are the key of a realistic and sustainable
agriculture».

Traceability is essential in such a method. It allows to record evidence of implemented practices and of product origin. The recordings must be kept for 3 years.

The condition of contract VRC VINEALIS rests
on the national framework for the Integrated Production for vine growing
(ITV) which aims at promoting a vine growing to obtain wines of quality,
without risk for the consumer and the user, and that respects natural
